Bookkeeping and Administration Assistant

About the position

Bookkeeping tasks:

  • Entering purchase invoices into bookkeeping software
  • Preparing, sending, and entering sales invoices into bookkeeping software
  • Preparing and entering travel orders into bookkeeping software
  • Liquidation, scanning and archiving of documentation
  • Preparing reports for company management and external needs (statistical reports)
  • Keeping track of purchase bills payment, creating payment orders
  • Communication and cooperation with external accounting service

Administrative tasks:

  • Responding to general telephone and email inquiries
  • Receiving (welcoming) office guests - greet, seat and treat
  • Receiving and sending mail
  • Scanning and archiving documents
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Collaboration with Executive Assistant


You have:

  • A Bachelor degree
  • At least one year of experience with similar tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • MS Office skills, experience with bookkeeping software is a plus
